SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all goods within one working day of receiving your order, in most cases all orders placed before 2.00pm will be dispatched on the same day. The majority of our goods under 2kg are shipped using the Royal Mail 48 service, please remember Royal Mail 48 is not a guaranteed service and usually takes three working days, if you order is urgent we would highly recommend you upgrade your shipping service at checkout to a 24 hour courier.
Next working day/Saturday deliveries are NOT guaranteed. In the rare occasion they are affected by circumstances out of our control a postage refund will not be eligible. If the delivery did not leave us when you were quoted we will refund the extra paid for the shipping upgrade.
Please be aware that ALL orders placed over the weekend (including Bank holidays) will not be shipped until Monday (Tuesday for Bank Holidays).
Also be aware that in rare instances some items may be found to be out of stock after you have placed your order, in cases like this you will be informed as soon as possible and offered either an alternate product, an extended delivery date or a full refund.
We offer international shipping via DHL express meaning that we can deliver to most countries in 3 working days. As per domestic orders all items are shipped within 1 working day of receiving the order. You will receive tracking information from DHL which will allow you to monitor the progress of your order and manage the final mile delivery.
